<p>Also, if I am to monitor my calorie intake, how do I know how many calories are in items that arent packaged with a nutrition listing on it; such as a small apple, half banana, small piece of skinless/boneless chicken strip or 15 grapes?</p>
<p>I cant go over as far as eating because my plan provides the servings size and measurements but how do I know what the calories really are.</p>

I used to eat ALOT when i was younger, and now i only eat a little more than i should.  I am a very picky eater and i sometimes cant stop myself from eating the wrong things.  I stopped loosing weight latley and i need to start again,  I suppose the reason for my lack of weight loss is because I have reached the point of where i have to do more than what I was doing but i cant seem to think of what else to do.  Please help me.  I am 14 and 5&#8242;2&#8221; and about 150 lb.  I still get on the treadmille everynight.</p>
