why do people with gastric ulcer get weight loss?
is it because of the loss in apetite? if so why do they have a loss in apetite? is it because of the epigastric pain it causes?
or maybe it is because of the acid that goes into the duodenum and so limiting the enxymes which work there?
Main cause: poor appetite! Eating food causes pain so people don’t eat that much with that type of medical condition.

It is loss of appetite as well as loss of nutrient absorption.
