What diet pill is best to help lose weight?

I am a female, 26 yrs old. I weigh 192 and i am 5′2". I recently started cardio and eating healthy. There are so many diet pills out I dont know which one would help. I want something that would help me lose weight along with the diet and exercise, and help curb hunger.

  1. I have a couple of water bottles next to the couch.. each time I sit on the couch I pick them up and lift them up and down.
    It is boring and it seems useless to do but if you get used to do it,., after just 20 minutes you will start sweating and your arm will get tired.
    Just change arm and carry on, eventually it will become automatic and you might even want to progress to some dumbells, maybe a little bit heavier than the water bottle.

  3. Don’t bother with diet pills. They just put stress on your body, especially the liver. If you want to lose weight, do it right. Diet and exercise will always work. You just have to make sure that your diet is meager and your exercise is strenuous.

  4. Save your money. Diet pills don’t work at burning fat. SOME pills may help you NOT eat but not eating will make you lose muscle, not fat.

    If you’re hungry while on a diet, then your diet is not designed correctly. That’s the bottom line.

    People spend $20 billion per year on vitamins and supplements.  According to Everyday Health, here’s an article that will tell you why . . . those PRODUCTS by any other name do NOT WORK.  It is false advertisements.

    The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) doesn’t have to approve supplements — no agency in the United States does. So it’s up to consumers to bring health concerns to light. “It’s important to understand the difference between over-the-counter medications and dietary supplements,” say Pieter Cohen, MD, an internist at Cambridge Health Alliance and instructor at Harvard Medical School in Cambridge, Mass. The FDA gets involved only after the fact, if the supplement later appears to be causing harm. By that time, the supplement may already have harmed many consumers who used it. “The burden of proof is on the FDA to determine [a supplement] is dangerous and remove it from the market,” Cohen says. Consumer complaints are the primary trigger for investigations. One recent investigation of the dietary weight-loss supplement ephedra resulted in it being banned for sale in the United States.

  6. They are all junk and usually end up on the FDA’s banned substance list. Manufacturers of those things don’t have to make disclaimers for their products…it’s all part of the get rich quick thing for them and the get you into the hospital fast thing for you.

    Instead pick up a book on nutrition. I recommend "Nutrition for Dummies" as a good place to start. After reading that book, before you know it you will be giving out nutritional advice. Not asking questions like the one you did. Okay?

  7. I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

    Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

    First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

    This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

    However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called ProShapeRX. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace dot com along with getting some good info, also if your in time, theres a limited free trial where all you have to do is pay like 5 bucks for s/h which I took advantage of but in the long run, I ended up ordering more. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve successfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
