I am 14, 6′2 and weigh 245lbs….. i need to lose weight fast…. i am facing serious health issues, will someone please tell me a way to lose it all fast, I don’t care if the wieght loss is unhealthy or not i just need to lose it fast
the health issues from weight would be worse than the health issues from losing the weight

"Dump the notion of the 800 calorie daily diet," say some medical experts who link eating disorders affecting teens with severe dieting.

    Taking the dog for a walk, swimming with a friend, spinning on those cutting edge high tech skateboards, or even shooting some hoops in a friend’s driveway are all effective ways to exercise, have fun, stay on the teen scene and look happening - with a new hot body, if you stick to all the simple tips above!

  2. so you’re facing serious health issues, but you don’t care if the weight loss is unhealthy?

    however, i suggest you learn about healthy eatting habits, eat at home, visit your doctor for help,
    and go to a gym and get a consultation with a trainer to help you work out without getting hurt.

  3. Don’t worry about fast, worry about permanence. To loose weight, you have to burn more calories than you take in. One pound of fat equals about 3500 calories, so if you create a 500 daily calorie deficit, you will loose about a pound a week. Anything more than that may cause other problems such as a slow down in metabolism. You loose weight through exercise and healthy eating and that means you have to eat. If you start starving yourself, your metabolism will slow and the weight will come back. In addition, you will be less healthy and less energetic. At 6′2", you should probably be in the 180-190 range, maybe a little more if you’re muscular. To loose those 55-60 pounds SHOULD take you about a year. If you crash diet, it is likely to come back.
    Probably not what you were hoping to hear, but if you’re worried about your health, stick to diet and exercise. Also, I recommend Michael Pollan’s "In Defense of Food" to help you think about what, how, and when you eat.

  6. I have reviewed hundreds of diets for quick weight loss and we still recommend you follow these tips we have listed below for a fast weight loss diet!

    * Drink plenty of water evenly through the day, eight or more glasses total. As soon as you wake up try and drink 16 ounces of cold water. Drinking water is one of the most rapid weight loss tips that dieticians suggest to people and leads to 100+ calories extra burned a day.
    * Eat six small meals a day. Typical times are 7:30am, 10am, 12:30pm, 4pm, 6pm, 9pm. Lunch should be the largest, other meals consist only of one 1/2 palm sized piece of protein and one fist size organic carbohydrate food. Your Palm and Fist.
    * A great tip for how to lose weight fast, easy and safe is that you should have your last large meal about three hours before you go to sleep. It is ok to have a very small snack after that.

But dark greens eat as much as you want (brocoli is one of the best for this, I recommend steamed).
    * Eat your food slowly with each mouthful taking 30 seconds. Pause your eating half way through for 5 minutes. Your body needs ten minutes to tell your mind it is full. Remember….eat slow.
    * Go for a one hour walk five days a week. This does not need to be a power walk but a faster pace will help. If possible, carry some light 2 pound dumb bells.
    * The ultimate tip to eventual success: regular exercise and a balanced diet. Add one cheat day to your diet to rid yourself of cravings.

  7. I’d recommend you to exercise, eat low calorie diet and use phentramin-d diet pill. First get your fats out of your body. Use the diet pill to lose weight and take control over your appetite.   8. hey you go to this site. here you can find "Ideal Weight Chart" link in left side. check the proper weight for your height and age.

    Then also read some medications suggested by them. I am not sure that it works or not , but at least you can ask about the same to your doctor before taking it.
