I am trying to flatten my stomach. I have always have big stomach and I really want to lose it. I have love handles of course and would love to lose them too. I work out about 2-4 hrs 6 days a week. I usually start at the treadmill, then to the elliptical, then abs workout. I really want to lose weight. I am not fat or anything. I weight 125, 5`5 and am 20. I just to flatten my stomach. Please help. Does the treadmill, elliptical, swimming, or playing soccer help you get flatter stomach?

They will help you burn calories and will certainly help, but, you may want to add some weight training to give you better definition. Start slow or ask for a basic routine from a trainer at your gym.
Also, how does your diet stack up against your exercise? How’s your water intake?
