Weight Loss?

I need to lose 3 stone to be an ideal weight. I already do rugby 4 times a week but im not losing any weight. Does anyone know a good way to lose weight?

  2. dont starve yourself eat small portions of food (for example for dinner if you have 2 plates of something cut it down to 1 plate)

  5. Better way to loose weight is to use a health food and exercise. This is slow process and you have got many more ways like pills, drugs.
