Canned fish usually says how much drained weight is it in. How much drained weight do you think is in a 200g net can of salmon?
For example, I have a 185g can tuna and it says 130g drained mass, which means 30% of the can is liquid. Is this average?
I have no scale obviously.
Usually about 10% less.
