Prom is at the end of April and I have a beautiful pink Tiffany gown that laces up the back. BUT. I can’t get it to zip up. And I need to lose weight, fast. What are some of the most efficient ways to lose weight in the tummy/hip area?

1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.
2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.
3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.
4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

My advice is definitely exercise and a good diet plan. I’m currently doing this program and it’s working pretty good so far. I lost 7lbs. Good luck getting into that dress. : )

I’d recommend you to exercise, eat low calorie diet and use phentramin-d diet pill. First get your fats out of your body. Use the diet pill to lose weight and take control over your appetite. Once you lose enough weight, prepare for toning up your muscles and figure. Read more about the diet pill: http://p.gs/8bycr

Cardio exercise definitely helps, but mostly it’s what you EAT. It’s good to eat lots of fiber.
Here’s my diet - I eat diet cookies (yummy chocolate chip) that are packed with fiber, so it makes you go to the bathroom at least 2 times per day, so it cleans out your body. And also I replace 1 meal per day (lunch or supper) with a diet shake and a diet cookie.

Hey
I’ve lost 44 lbs (20 kg) in the last month! I’ve been trying for a long time and I’ve just started making some progress. Of course I’m doing some exercise, but nothing that hard, just around 30-40 minutes a day. What really helped me lose the weight was this new product I’ve been taking that helps you lose weight! I really suggest you give it a go, you can try it completely FREE if you use the link below:

Hey. I will give you the simple answer and the more complicated answer both of which should help you understand better.
Losing weight is burning more calories than you eat. To lose 2lb a week you need to cut back on 550 calories a day roughly, or consume the same amount of food but exercise to burnt this daily, or both, which will lead to a great loss in weight. HOWEVER, more than 3lb a week is unhealthy, and this is not a warning which should be ignored it can have adverse effect of your health. Haha now I sound a bit too formal, but yeah that’s weight loss in a nutshell. Things to avoid which can rapidly cut calories, soda (nearly 150 calories per can, that’s a lot of weight which could be cut weekly by just avoiding soda), crisps and other junk food, and eats lots of fruit and plenty of water, surprising up to 2.5kg (Yes, 5lb) can be stored as water weight when you do not drink enough of water, this is so your body is ready incase you start dehydrating. Drink spring (not mineral) water (1Litre to 20kg of your weight) daily and you will rapidly lose water weight, which is normally held in very unflattering places such as your stomach, butt, arms, thighs and hips.
Now complicated, if you start starving yourself (of course I dont mean literally) so you eat 1000 calories less a day, and you excercise it is probably you won’t lose weight. Why? If you cut your intake to rapidly your body goes into starvation mode which decreses your metabolism dramatically, so eat small meals and frequently. This is another easy method, if you eat 5 meals of 2500 calories in total, and do no excercise you could burn off 500 calories, but the same in 3meals you will only burn 200. (not accurate figures but the proportions are roughly correct). This is because your bodies metabolism is high and any excercise (walking, running, or just standing) will burn a lot more calories because your body knows its has calories to spare. Also, don’t jog. Jogging, you lose a pathetic 200calories per 2 miles you jog at 60% intensity, I would reccommend interval training, (I presume your a girl, so low your protein intake if you dont want to gain muscle weight). This is what I used to lower my body fat when I got into boxing. Very effective. An example is running at 20% intensity for 4 minutes, then 80% intensity for 1 minutes, then 10% intensity for 30 seconds, then 70% intensity for 30 seconds. Do this for half an hour every other day. This is very effective as it never lets your body rest and it will build muscles (not bulk, so dont worry about size or weight) which will burn more calories even when your sleeping. Do not eat 4 hours before going to sleep, your metabolism is slowest when you sleep and this will be stored as reserve and a lot of this will ultimately be stored as fat. Excercise in morning, because when you excercise you actually burn off a lot off the calories after the initital excerscie, so excersice in the mornings so you have a high metabolism for the rest of your day. Also, snack on fruit, and have at least one apple daily. Apples increase your metabolism as they are hard to digest.
Completely avoid saturated fat (fried things) and white bread and rice, eat lots of wholemeal (this will get rid of spots top, again, surprisingly spots have a lot to do with the digestive system) and gets lots of vitamins in from fruits. In an ideal diet, you should never eat fast food, but in a real diet, fast food is ok every once and again (once a month). Also, a big no is salt. Salts dehydrates you which once again forces your body to store water in unflattering places, yes of course you need salt in your daily diet, but you will get enough of this from other foods. (AVOID MICROWAVE FOODS)
Never miss a meal, you will build up an appetite for the next one, and overindulge, and you metabolism will already be higher because your body will be preparing for starvation mode.
Follow these guidelines and you will lose your weight steadily but fast, and remain very healthy. If you snacks, always go for fruit.
