Start making more meals during the day. One good meal from 3 to 3 hours appoximately. Eat food that has a lot of proteins like the yolk of the egg or chicken breast. Eat something before going to bed because when you’re sleeping you lose body mass. Basically you just have to eat more than your body uses. You have to eat two grams of protein for every kg in your body.

You need to eat more calories than you burn off. 3000 calories = 1 lb.

Eat a lot of those calorie bar things that people who work out in excess eat.
They’re called like cliffhangers, or something, or at least that’s one of them.
Don’t eat all that high fat fast food stuff,
that’ll make you sick & gain weight unevenly. It’ll look gross, you’ll just have a gut.
Eat high protein, high carb.
Bread products, those health-bars, etc.

Your going to have to increase your calorie intake and start exercising to build muscle. After you exercise eat a protein snack. This will help you build muscle. Don’t start eating junk foods. Just eat more healthier foods. Try and shoot for 2000 calories or more a day.

There are Carbs and Proteins. Carbs give you energy but if you dont burn them they turn to fat. Proteins give you muscle…. eat lots of carbs (pasta, bread, anything not meat realy) and just sit around. Or protein and work out.

A girl that wants to gain weight? Amazing. Increase your calorie intake, eventually your body will gain weight - if it doesn’t you’re not eating enough. You will need to monitor your calories daily if you are serious about this - and weight yourself no more than once a month. Be aware, however, that you don’t want to be eating junk food, it will just make you fat and unhealthy. Eat healthy foods, but more of them, combined with healthy exercise to keep you toned. In 3-6 months you will start to look delicious.

Take in more calories. Sounds obvious but not many people know that this is the most basic way to increase your weight.
You gradually increase your calorie intake, say by 300-500 calories per day over a period of time. If the increased calorie helps you to reach your target weight, then fine. If it doesn’t, increase some more; until you’ve reached your desired weight.
Of course, the additional calories you take in should come from wholesome, natural, nutrient-rich foods like fruits & veggies; wholemeal bread/pasta/noodles; beans/nuts/legumes; proteins (fish, lean cuts of meats, eggs), good fat, complex carbohydrates (root vegetables like potatoes, sweet potatoes; pumpkins…)
Then do weights (if no weights, use your own body weight) to promote muscle growth. As you pack in more muscle, you’ll weigh more as muscle is denser.
I’ve written a guide on how to gain weight in a healthy manner here which might be of interest to you: http://www.perfect-body-toning.com/building-muscle-and-weight-gain.html

eat a lot of food before bed time, it’s not good for you because it slows down your metabolism and you would definitely gain weight.
