What is the best exercise to lose weight?

I can’t run, because I have bad knee and ankle joints, and I don’t have access to a gym. I do about nine hours of dance a week. What else can I do to lose weight quickly?
I can’t run, because I have bad knee and ankle joints, and I don’t have access to a gym, pool, or classes(plus I lack the funds). I do about nine hours of dance a week already, which is what I’m trying to lose weight for. What else can I do to lose weight quickly?

  1. Pretty much the best exercise you can do is squats. I don’t know if this will work with your joints, but if you’re doing dance, then I suppose your knees can’t be that bad. You can do these without all the weights that people use sometimes at the gym. Just squat up and down as fast as you can.

    It seems easy, but it will probably be kind of hard the first few times you try it out. With some practice you can do about 100 of these in under 5 minutes. Pretty fast and very effective!

  2. Try swimming, I’m on the swim team and it’s a great work out, been doing it for about six weeks now and my friend has lost 10 or more pounds. You burn a lot of calories swimming for a couple of hours. =D

    Just think ?eating a protein rich snack can help you lose weight. How about a few slices of turkey or ham or some string cheese?
    Eating protein will also help you feel full so that you are less likely to crave unhealthy snacks.

  4. Build in some fave foods
    It’s fine to build some fave foods into your healthy diet plan. Successful slimmers do it as it helps them avoid feeling deprived. Make sure you choose quality foods that you really feel like eating (do you fancy sweet, savoury, crunchy, creamy at that time?), sit down, eat slowly and savour them.

    Deciding on what you will truly enjoy (and knowing that you can have it again another time if you want to) adds satisfaction and means you’re likely to be happy with a small amount.

  5. Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing.
    There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there’s also the Jojo-effect.
    The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports.
    Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That’s an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn’t that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ?

You really have a big problem with regards in losing weight plus you have a bad knee and ankle joints..but don’t worry..I have an answer to your problem..there is an alternative way for you to lose weight without EXERCISING. Instead of exercising, TRY EATING! eating foods that can burn fats. However, you have to remember 3 important principles: First, Know, the exact food that causes accelerated fat burning, in your body. Second, know particular foods that are preventing fat burning because if you eat and eat and you don’t know that the food that you are eating has more on cholesterol then everything is useless. Lastly, put the right foods together in a certain way to create the FAT BURNING EFFECT.

  7. It takes ? hour for the message to get from your stomach to your brain when you’re full. Because of this, simply take small portions to start. It’s easier to do when you know in ? hour you can go back for more if you still want some. But you won’t.

  9. Swimming is an obvious one as you have knee problems. Losing weight has alot to do with diet too so try to eat 5x a day 3 smaller main meals and 2 snacks in between.

    Also when you think you are hungry drink some water, as you may think your hungry when really you are thirsty!

  10. Weight loss is a tricky topic. Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight, but most aren’t sure how to change it - and many would be better off staying where they are. You may want to look like the models or actors in magazines and on TV, but those goals might not be healthy or realistic for you. Besides, no magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else.

    So what should you do about weight control?

  11. Skip watching TV for an hour and go for a walk instead. Or else, you have now time to finish your domestic chores.

    Take most of the calories before noon because studies tell that the more you eat in the morning, the less you’ll eat in the evening. Moreover, you will get more chances to burn off those early-day calories than late-night calories.
