I mean a diet that gives you exactly what you must eat and the exact amount of exercise to be taken everyday? A diet regime that ‘bullied’ you into weight loss.

You know, I actually might like it. With dieting, if I get an inch I take a mile. Having it regimented to me in a way that there was little room for error will help me with the discipline that I lack on my own. It isn’t for everyone, but it might be something that works best for me.

Planning, and knowing what to do, is pretty much what turns most people away from exercising/dieting.

I know it works for some people, one of my friends is like that, but I couldn’t do it. I don’t like being dictated to eat certain things, I like creating something randomly every night. I just make sure that when I go to the store, I buy things that are healthy and whole to start with so that I’m not tempted into unhealthy foods. I did try to do a 4 week diet like that once, and I made it 2 days before I got fed up with not having a choice in what I was eating.
